Agnieszka Walter, Founder of Star Hunt - Executive Search and Co-founder of SparkSub & Consulting. Has many years of experience in the recruitment industry both in Poland and in Europe. Earlier, she managed international projects at Grafton Recruitment in Dublin and for the last 10 years as the General Manager she worked for companies such as CPL Jobs and Kelly Services in Poland.
Currently specializes in executive search projects, advises clients on HR and helps foreign investors to open offices in the CEE region. She graduated from Muskingum University in the USA, Universität Passau in Germany and the University of Warsaw.

Graduated with honours from the Master's degree in Strategic Brand Management at Kozminski University in Warsaw and the Master's degree in Management in a Modern Economy at Wrocław University of Economics.
In 2023, he was the winner of the Young Talents competition in the "Outstanding Entrepreneurial Success" category, which is organised by the Lower Silesian Capital Club. He is currently writing articles on brand strategy and competence models of the future, and is preparing to start his PhD studies.

Andon Simeonov is the General Manager of SoftServe Bulgaria and the first employee of the Bulgarian branch which is now 600 employees in different IT related fields. He has over 25 years of experience in managing people and projects in a dynamic and changing environment, having held a number of senior positions in the telecommunications sector, including companies such as Megalan, Mnetwork and Mobiltel, currently A1.
Andon has a master's degree in telecommunications from the Technical University of Sofia, a Global Executive MBA from the Vienna University of Business and Economics, a master's degree in economics and business administration from the University of Minnesota.
He is a leader of the WU Executive Alumni community in Bulgaria, as well as a mentor at the Founder Institute (One of the worlds biggest startup accelerator programs).

The functions performed so far were related to the areas of: HR, recruitment, global project management, office management. She is an expert in the field of recruiting Talents to the outsourcing industry, managing volume recruitment projects, as well as a specialist in recruiting for the consulting industry in Poland and Europe. She uses her knowledge and experience as a customer advisor with a significant impact on the development of the shared services sector in Poland.
Since April 2017, Dorota has been the Managing Partner at HCIT Masters Advisory, and in the role of White Tiger - Pro Progressio Ambassador since September 2017.
Elias has worked with over 650 companies on cross-border business issues. He developed a particular insight into business services and BPO by conducting 150 location and sourcing projects around the world. He has deep expertise in new location searches, portfolio optimization, process allocation and project implementation. He specializes in delivering solutions that work, taking into account all factors that impact business success: e.g. talent, real estate, sourcing options, regulatory environment resilience and incentives. Having held leadership positions at Price Waterhouse, Andersen and Deloitte he combines robust methodologies with deep practical insights. Elias leads Locationperspectives – a specialty location and sourcing consultancy – based in Brussels, Belgium. He teaches International Business Strategy at two universities and is a member of the Site Selectors Guild.

Izabela manages RPO division in Devire - the recruitment company, implementing volume projects related to the construction of new investments or expansion of existing ones, among others for the GBS / SSC / BPO sector. For the past 14 years, mainly associated with the Shared Services sector on the Polish market. Currently, she is responsible for developing cooperation and building strategic partnerships with clients, suppliers and BSS industry associations.

She is an expert in the field of human resources analysis, process improvement and reduction of employment costs. She cooperated and implemented projects for companies from the ICT, Financial, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Retail, Industrial, Energy and public sectors.
Maciej is responsible for the representation of tenants on the Tri-City office market and the development of Knight Frank in this part of the country. For this, he uses his 16 years of experience gained in the real estate industry, having previously worked for companies such as Hines, Torus and Vastint. Maciej was directly responsible for acquiring such tenants as Grupa Wirtualna Polska, Damen, MOWI or PZU Zdrowie. He has completed many lease transactions in the Tri-City.

Mariusz has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, representing tenants during transactions throughout northern Poland. Has completed over 100 transactions worth more than USD 200 million. Since 2011, he has handled every second transaction on the office market in the Tri-City. He participated in the most difficult negotiations on the Tri-City real estate market in recent years (including Arla Foods, Epam, Sii, Intel, Alexander Mann Solutions, Staples, Swarovski and Bank BPH). Mariusz successfully oversaw the implementation of all major CBRE business lines (BCD, WPS, Design) in northern Poland and is constantly contributing to their effective development.

His technical education and interest in the market of modern technologies allowed him to co-create the Polish ICT market in the 90s of the last century. He was one of the first employees of AB SA. (currently the largest Polish IT distributor), for which he created branches and managed regional sales. At Comarch CDN, he co-created the first Polish SaaS systems and was responsible for sales and marketing to the SME sector. At Energis Polska / GTS Poland, he managed domestic sales. A few years' break from working in corporations resulted in the creation of the training company NewSkills and the start-up Shortevent.pl.
He returned to business as a member of the management board and sales director in Grupa 3S (3S SA., 3S Data Center SA., 3S BOX SA.), Which he carried out from the position of a small regional telco operator and data center to a nationwide leader in the sale of ICT solutions. Currently in his role of Services Head - Client Operations he is responsible for seamless and smart delivery of ten Infosys Poland clients. In private life he is happy and proud father & husband, also passionate about football and his lovely Golden Retriever friend.
Sebastian Bedekier - Partner and Regional Director in Poznań of Colliers International, which he joined in 2012. He is responsible for the development of the company in Poznań and the region, active search for clients and advice on the lease of office spaces. He works with companies in the financial, legal, auditing, medical, IT, new technologies, air transport and many other sectors. Sebastian specializes in BPO and SSC projects. Has many years of experience in cooperation with the public sector. Prior to joining Colliers, Sebastian was the Director of the Investor Service and Investment Promotion Office at the Poznań City Hall. He was responsible for acquiring, consulting and servicing companies interested in starting operations in Poznań and western Poland.

A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics with a specialization in: Capital Investments and Financial Strategies of Enterprises. He has worked at the Nowy Styl Group for almost 10 years. Working as a Project Manager, he coordinated and supported the largest sales projects in Poland. In the following years he was responsible for creating sales activities, mainly in southern Poland. For over four years, he has been coordinating the Nowy Styl Group strategy for the specialized BPO / SSC / ITO market. He is responsible for creating a new concept of approach to the industry, based on the creation of interdisciplinary teams combining sales, HR and marketing activities with professionals from these areas. Since January 2018, he has been managing sales in regional cities in Poland.

He has always been interested in IT, sales, marketing and related topics. Thanks to this mix, he is up to date on technical solutions and marketing. Szymon went through the career path from a Junior IT Specialist through an IT Systems Administrator, where he coordinated large projects in the international company Exact Systems, operating in 14 countries around the world. After 10 years, this path led him to his own business and since 2018 he has been an entrepreneur - the owner of R88.pl, i.e. Internet Services Studio.
Since 2019, he has been organizing LinkedIn Local Częstochowa networking meetings. From 2020, he is a member of the Management Board of the Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers in Częstochowa. Szymon actively participates in the life of the Skra Business Lounge business club at the 1st league Sports Club SKRA Częstochowa.
